Return Instructions

1. Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

• Size issues

• Style adjustments

• Faulty items (within 7 days of receipt)

Sale items are strictly non-returnable and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in brand new condition, with all original tags and packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.

2. Return Process

1. Download and complete this returns form. You can handwrite or digitally complete it if you are unable to print the form.

2. Include the completed form in your return package.

3. Use a registered post service to send your return and keep the tracking details for reference.

4. Returns must be sent to the address below. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Acknowledgement

By submitting this return form, I agree to the Bikini Saturdays return policy and understand that returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns are only processed for size adjustments, style changes, or faulty items (within 7 days of receiving the order). Sale items are strictly non-returnable.

Additional Information

• If you are returning a faulty item send back  with a photo of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to replace or refund

• If you selected AfterPay at checkout, any returned items will result in store credit, and your AfterPay payment plan will remain in place.

Once your return is received, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed, and if applicable, a store credit or exchange will be issued.
